Yoga Nidra ('yogic sleep') is the yogic tranquilizer, a rejuvenating practice for reducing the stresses of daily life. In a place between the waking and sleeping states, students relax deeply on the physical, emotional and mental levels, and the practice sows new seeds of positive change in our minds.
Yoga nidra guides students through awareness of sensations, emotions, and beliefs using a systematic method developed thousands of years ago. This meditative class is conducted with students lying down and requires
no previous yoga experience.
Please bring a blanket and a mat, and wear comfortable clothing.

It is a new season, a time of rebirth and new beginnings . This glorious season of freshness , wonderful scents, dancing shadows and nature in its perfection of possibilities and wonder.
 Yes Friends, summer is approaching ~ June 20th is the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year. Did you know that "Solstice" is derived from two Latin words: "sol" meaning sun, and "sistere," to cause to stand still. This is because, as the summer solstice approaches, the noonday sun rises higher and higher in the sky on each successive day. On the day of the solstice, it rises an imperceptible amount, compared to the day before. In this sense, it "stands still."
We hope that all of you take time to 'stand still'.
We at Karme' are 'taken in' with the smells of fresh cut grass, wild roses, honeysuckle and fresh mint the surround us at Resonance Point. . Breathe the warm summer air and stretch those muscles, center yourself and find your balance as you move with purpose. We'll meet you at the pond bench before your therapy or on the deck in the shade for Yoga or Tai Chi. Find yourself... At Karme we have Summer programs for you to commune with nature and your soul.

Join us for on this joyous outdoor experience as we play, sing and communicate with our spiritual siblings, THE TREES and we are enfolded in the power of TREE WISDOM!
